When entrusting anyone with advising you on one of the biggest investments you make in your life, it's important to know how their skill sets align with your objective, selling your home.
From an education perspective, I stem from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. My degrees were focused on Marketing and Technology; which I perceive as the perfect marriage between knowing what consumers want and implementing a unique way to reach them.
From "real life" exposure, I have had the blessing of being a part of diverse industries with unique business models, but more importantly around people who built those businesses and planted the culture within them. From being a custom clothier in Washington DC to door to door sales on the island of Oahu, HI, I learned how to listen to people and customize accordingly to meet all of their needs.
I then moved into the technology space; first managing big data analytic accounts to working within an IT shop for a well-known ladies golf sports management association. Here, is where I learned how to take the data that is at our fingertips and analyze it to derive a fact-based strategy to achieve the end goal.
The housing industry is ever changing, and as such, anyone good in the industry is fixated on relearning their market in real time. I find it to be easy to distinguish the great agents from the good agents, and the good agents from the bad.
My objective is to advise you, consult you, and stand by you throughout the entire process. My goal is to turn the page into the next chapter in your life.
